Robinson Strata Management, part of the PICA Group family, is a centrally-located strata management business in Frenchs Forest on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Established for over 35 years, it is the oldest and most respected strata management company on the peninsula.
Our mission is to enhance the strata experience for all of our clients and to make a positive difference to the lives of every owner. Our strata managers are among the most experienced in the region, are certified with the NSW Office of Fair Trading, and are members of Strata Community Australia (SCA NSW). They’re also exclusively focused on strata, community and company title management, and undertake training on a weekly basis to ensure that they are always up to date with relevant changes to legislation.
We work with strata committees to assist them in achieving their goals, and pride ourselves on a personal and dedicated level of service, backed up by local knowledge and high-quality professional advice.
