Within the same year, she obtained her certificate of registration in 2017 and has grown into a competent Class 2 licenced strata managing agent. With over seven years of experience in the strata industry, Lauren has cultivated a comprehensive knowledge of operations and plan management. Lauren brings to the table extensive experience in diverse areas of strata management. She is skilled at creating and examining project budgets and levy schedules, securing appropriate insurance, reviewing by-laws and management statements, tendering services, establishing books and records, and conducting meetings within the requisite time frames after registering the schemes.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Law degree with Honours in company law. He brings valuable experience from his tenure as a partner at a renowned property and commercial law firm and as a development manager at Australia's largest strata management company. He specialises in advising developers on body corporate developments and has consulted with numerous national developers. Craig is considered an expert in his field and holds extensive knowledge and capability in various legislation and developments.
Zoe started her career in strata in 2014 with the industry leader, the PICA Group. Working with developers along the eastern seaboard of Australia, she has gained over eight years of experience helping developers establish new schemes. She has completed her Bachelor of Business and Certificate of Registration. She is obtaining her Master of Marketing and Certificate IV in Strata and Community Management. Zoe is on the Property Council of Australia Central Coast NSW committee. Zoe has assisted in consulting on a diverse range of large multi-tiered developments projects in QLD, NSW and VIC, including strata schemes, community title schemes and building management committees (BMCs). She has worked with developers such as Meriton, McCloy Group, Rawson Properties WINIM Developments, GWH, DOMA Group, and Healthscope. Zoe understands that a developer’s needs vary depending on the project’s vision and prides herself on ensuring that each project she manages receives the individual and unique service it requires.
