BCS Strata Sunshine Coast (Caloundra) is moving offices

From 8 June 2026, our BCS Strata Sunshine Coast (Caloundra) branch will relocate to a new office space with a fresh look and enhanced meeting facilities for our customers.

We’ll be moving to the same location as our BCP Strata colleagues, but please be assured that this will not impact the properties we manage. Our team will continue to support your scheme as we do today, just in a different location. We are committed to making this transition as seamless as possible and assure you that our level of service will remain unchanged after this move.
