Our customer portal, CommunityHub, is undergoing a massive upgrade in the coming months. Not only has it been designed based on best global practices, but it also includes a new look and feel with lots more features and benefits.

At PICA Group, we aim to set a new industry standard by providing committees and owners with faster and easier access to property information.

The delivery roll-out is scheduled for late 2018 through to 2019.

+ How to set up your account guide

You should have already completed the following:

1. Requested a new portal account (via email to your strata manager)
2. Received an auto-generated ‘activation’ email with the subject line Welcome to MyCommunity

STEP 1: Click the link

Click the Activate Your Account link in the auto-generated ‘activation’ email to be taken to a page to create your password

STEP 2: Create your password

Follow the prompts to create your password.

STEP 3: Login to the upgraded CommunityHub

You will be taken to a login page. Don’t be confused that the branding is MyCommunity and not CommunityHub. Login using your assigned email address and new password. You will able to access online invoice approval and your property information here.

STEP 4: Take the guided tour

We have created a quick tour within CommunityHub to help familiarise you with the system. The pop up will return each time you open the CommunityHub until you have taken the tour. You can select ‘skip introduction’ if you wish.

STEP 5: Explore

After you have taken the tour (or you select to skip introduction), you will be taken to your new dashboard. We hope you enjoy your new online portal.

OUR TIPS: we recommend that you

1. create a shortcut for this URL (login page for portal) in your browser, and that you
2. use Google Chrome browser when accessing the upgraded CommunityHub

For mobile access, simply download “Community by Urbanise” through the App Store or Google Play.
