PICA Group acquires majority shareholding in repairs and maintenance business
PICA Group, a leading national strata services provider based in Sydney, has acquired a majority shareholding in Assured R&M Pty Ltd, trading as Service Heroes.
Service Heroes is a Field Services, Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) business providing diversified repairs and maintenance activities across many areas such as plumbing, building maintenance, lighting upgrades, electrical, building remediation as well as general maintenance.
Service Heroes predominately provides services across New South Wales and Victoria via a direct and subcontractor workforce. They are focused on service quality and competitive pricing. It is expected that Service Heroes will extend significantly to support PICA Group customers, as well as other strata properties, in other states and territories in the future, off the back of PICA Group’s national footprint.

This new division for repairs and maintenance will report to Jill Walshaw, Executive General Manager, Shared Services, and Michael McGoldrick, General Manager, Repairs & Maintenance, as part of PICA Group’s Building Compliance and R&M Services business unit.
