Supporting sustainability, increase building value, and open doors to potential savings

As industry leaders, we work closely with government and education institutions to share our expertise and resources to support sustainability and efficiencies to save owners corporations money. We also have our very own team of in-house NABERS for Apartment Buildings assessors and have appointed Tim Jarvis AM as our sustainability ambassador.

Australian-first 100% green solar electricity deal:
PICA Group saves 64 strata buildings $681,000 in annual energy costs

We are thrilled by the NSW government’s recent announcement that it will incentivise the replacement of coal-fired power plants with renewable energy by 2042. PICA Group has already been making significant strides towards a more sustainable future in the strata industry.

64 strata buildings managed under the agreement will switch from existing coal-generated electricity plans to a green solar electricity plan, saving each building up to $60,000 annually and marking a significant reduction in their carbon footprint. This is just one of three exciting energy deals we recently secured, saving a total of 115 buildings more than $1 million in the next year.

Empowering you for change

As property owners and residents living in community living spaces, together we have a privileged opportunity to make a difference for our environment. By making the right committee decisions on the role our strata properties or homes have in the broader ecological, social and economic environment, we can enhance community living not only for today but for future generations too.
