I agree to comply with the following requirements:
• Removing the board within 5 working days after the date of the Auction/sale/lease and/or 30 days after the board’s erection (whichever is the lesser)
• The board shall be removed within 24 hours of a request from managing agent/strata manager or Committee. Alternatively, the board may be removed and disposed of with all costs to be borne by the undersigned.
• I acknowledge and agree I am liable for any damage caused to the property by either the installation or removal of the board and any other liability claim which may arise from the board being erected at the property. I also confirm that I have received written authorisation from the owner of the property for the board to be erected.
Important: Please ensure that this form is received and written approval from the managing agent or strata manager is obtained before any board is erected. Failure to return this form or to abide by the above conditions will result in the board being removed at your cost.
