Apply for a key, swipe, fob or remote control
To request access devices for your strata property, you must either be the lot owner or an authorised representative. Tenants need to provide documentation showing approval from the real estate agent, leasing agent, or lot owner before submitting an application.
After your application is received, your strata manager will guide you through the process and notify you if any fees apply. Keys or devices cannot be collected until your request is confirmed, and payment (if required) is made.
