We are excited to announce PICA Group subsidiary Strata3 Group has re-branded to Body Corporate Services (BCS) Brisbane City, effective from 1 July.

Having achieved the highest customer service rating in the 2017 PICA Group survey the team will remain committed to the continued delivery of quality service for all owners. There will be no changes to management, building operations or the office location – it will be business as usual.

Matthew Simpson and Lisa Lange will remain customers contact for day to day matters, and we are pleased to announce the appointment of Sam Triplett in a supporting role to the strata managers.

This change is part of PICA Group’s continuous efforts to create business efficiencies and to deliver an improved customer experience through our centralised support team, all the while maintaining the personalised service delivery to which our customer are familiar.
