Bobby has enjoyed success across a range of industries and in multiple countries. He has real life experience in transforming businesses; building and leading high performance, diverse and inclusive teams, in digital disruption, and in delivering exceptional financial outcomes. Bobby has held senior roles at organisations including Zurich, Multiplex and Commonwealth Bank of Australia working in Ireland, the UK, Japan and Africa prior to settling in Australia. Prior to joining PICA, Bobby was Chief Executive Officer of CHU Underwriting Agencies.
Yoshiko Komatsuzaki joined the Group as Executive Director & Group Chief Strategy Officer in April 2023.
Yoshiko is a Certified Facility Manager in Japan with global experience in project managing property investments. She has an impressive portfolio spanning 10 years in the property management industry in companies across Australia, Southern California and Hawaii.
Prior to joining PICA, she was Managing Director of Hawaiiana Group Incorporated.
Rod Douglass is the Group Chief Financial Officer, Group Company Secretary and Executive General Manager of PICA Group. Since his commencement in 2017, Rod has been a key member in driving the strategic direction of the Group, focusing on growth via acquisitions and business transformation to enhance the delivery of services to our customer base.
Rod is a member of the board, audit, risk and executive committees with direct involvement in setting the ‘strategic tone’ and direction for the business to achieve its long-term objectives. Rod is also a member of the Australian Institute of Public Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Prior to joining PICA Group, Rod previously held the role of the Chief Financial Officer at First Data ANZ, a company of 600+ employees with a turnover of $220+ million.
Rod has held directorships across corporate and NFP Entities.
Kirsten Terry is Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Customer Experience of PICA Group. Commencing with PICA Group in April 2016 as the Head of People & Culture, Kirsten’s role was expanded at the end of 2020 to include the newly created Customer Experience function. Kirsten has 20 years of global experience in corporate human resources, managing offices in Australia, the US, and the UK. She is a specialist in talent acquisition, remuneration and rewards, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
Prior to this role, Kirsten spent three and a half years as Group Human Resources Director at Knight Frank Australia. She also was an executive level business partner at WiseTech Global, and held HR management roles with Boehringer Ingelheim, and AstraZeneca.
Deanne Holz joined PICA Group in February 2016 and took on the role of Senior Branch Manager of BCS Sydney shortly after. Deanne was integral in rebuilding the team, implementing a new reporting structure with the promotion and creation of team leaders and improving the team environment and culture. She also implemented new procedures with a focus on stabilisation of retention and profitability. Previously overseeing our NSW Strata Operations, Deanne was promoted in April 2023 to Executive General Manager, Strata Operations & Growth, overseeing Strata Operations and Business Development for the PICA Group nationally. Deanne is also Licensee in Charge for BCS Strata Management Pty Ltd. With over 20 years’ experience in the strata management and having held senior leadership roles for the past 10 years, Deanne is a passionate and committed leader in our business and the industry.
Jill Walshaw is the Executive General Manager, Shared Services at PICA Group.
Prior to commencing her career in strata management, Jill worked across marketing, product development and account management roles in the UK, before emigrating to Australia in 2004. Since joining the PICA Group through company acquisition as a strata manager in 2007, Jill has worked across several roles including Branch Manager of BCS Gosford, Senior Branch Manager Central Coast and General Manager, Strata Operations, NSW Northern Region. Her achievements include the successful management of the All Strata Services business from the acquisition in 2016 and the complete restructure of the NSW northern branch management team. She brings a wealth of knowledge from over 15 years of strata industry experience to her role. Jill is a hands-on solution-focused leader who is passionate about customer experience, developing leaders from within and improve education in the strata industry.
With over 15 years in the Australian banking and insurance industries, including roles at Zurich, HCF, and Macquarie Bank, Kitty is skilled in growing operations and technology teams. Kitty translates business strategy into future digital strategy and provides leadership to unite business and technical teams. She believes in fostering development in people to improve teamwork and deliver a strong culture. Her deep understanding of the Australian financial industry and her experience in process analysis and change management enable her to deliver value to strategic projects.
