Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Wayne Walker is Managing Director & Group Chief Executive Officer of PICA Group. Wayne joined PICA Group in January 2013 as the General Manager of Administration & Financial Services. He has over 30 years of experience working in a range of senior executive roles across various industry sectors, including strata property, retail, financial services, and touring, travel and cruise operations.
Prior to joining PICA Group, Wayne held an executive role at the APT Group. He has also held Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer roles with multi-billion-dollar service providers including Thomas Cook Limited, and the formerly Ansett-owned Traveland Group.
Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Customer Experience
Kirsten Terry is Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Customer Experience of PICA Group. Commencing with PICA Group in April 2016 as the Head of People & Culture, Kirsten’s role was expanded at the end of 2020 to include the newly created Customer Experience function. Kirsten has 20 years of global experience in corporate human resources, managing offices in Australia, the US, and the UK. She is a specialist in talent acquisition, remuneration and rewards, employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
Prior to this role, Kirsten spent three and a half years as Group Human Resources Director at Knight Frank Australia. She also was an executive level business partner at WiseTech Global, and held HR management roles with Boehringer Ingelheim, and AstraZeneca.
Executive Director, Group Chief Strategy Officer & Executive General Manager, Facilities Management
Bud Shoji is Executive Director, Group Chief Strategy Officer & Executive General Manager, Facilities Management. Bud joined the Group in September 2019 as Executive Director & Group Chief Strategy Officer and previously held the title of Director of PICA Group from May 2019.
Bud has an impressive portfolio spanning 30 years in the property industry and has a proven track record in leading businesses to achieve growth and development.
Before joining PICA Group, Bud worked in Tokyo as General Manager in the Overseas Business Department at Nippon Kanzai Co. Ltd and served as Chief Executive Officer at Sekisui House Construction Australia.
Group Chief Financial Officer, Group Company Secretary & Executive General Manager, Enterprise Services
Rod Douglass is Group Chief Financial Officer, Group Company Secretary and Executive General Manager, Enterprise Services of PICA Group. Since his commencement last December, Rod has rapidly learnt the business and taken on the responsibility of driving acquisitions, leading our EPMO and business transformation initiatives.
Prior to joining PICA Group, Rod previously held the role of the Chief Financial Officer at First Data ANZ, a company of +600 employees with a turnover of +$220 million.
Executive General Manager, Strata Operations NSW Division
Deanne Holz is the Executive General Manager, Strata Operations NSW Division of PICA Group.
Deanne joined PICA Group in February 2016 and took on the role of Senior Branch Manager of BCS Sydney shortly after. Deanne was integral in rebuilding the team, implementing a new reporting structure with the promotion and creation of team leaders and improving the team environment and culture. She also implemented new procedures with a focus on stabilisation of retention and profitability. Most recently, Deanne held the role of General Manager, Strata Operations – NSW Southern Region for 2.5 years, prior to being promoted to her current position where she also oversees Business Development for NSW and is Licensee in Charge for BCS Strata Management Pty Ltd. With over 20 years’ experience in the strata management and having held senior leadership roles for the past 10 years, Deanne is a passionate and committed leader in our business and the industry.
Executive General Manager, Shared Services
Jill Walshaw is the Executive General Manager, Shared Services at PICA Group.
Prior to commencing her career in strata management, Jill worked across marketing, product development and account management roles in the UK, before emigrating to Australia in 2004. Since joining the PICA Group through company acquisition as a strata manager in 2007, Jill has worked across several roles including Branch Manager of BCS Gosford, Senior Branch Manager Central Coast and General Manager, Strata Operations, NSW Northern Region. Her achievements include the successful management of the All Strata Services business from the acquisition in 2016 and the complete restructure of the NSW northern branch management team. She brings a wealth of knowledge from over 15 years of strata industry experience to her role. Jill is a hands-on solution-focused leader who is passionate about customer experience, developing leaders from within and improve education in the strata industry.
Executive General Manager, Strata Operations QLD, VIC, TAS & NT Division
Jonathan Flannery is the Executive General Manager, Strata Operations for Queensland, Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory at PICA Group. Jonathan joined PICA Group in 2009 and has played an integral role since. He has over 20 years’ experience across the property, hospitality and executive management fields within Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia. A driver of organisational change, Jonathan is focused on growing a high-performing team and enhancing community living.
Jonathan is a practising and certified Strata Manager, a Director of SCA (QLD), a Member of the SCA (QLD) Education Committee and a Committee Member of the SCA Ltd Research and Development Board Advisory Group.
