Brette Stevens started her career at BCP Strata in 2015 as an administration assistant, where she quickly became known for her diligence and keen insight into body corporate management. In 2020, her expertise and dedication were recognised, and she was promoted to strata manager. Now a senior strata manager, Brette not only meticulously oversees her portfolio with precision but also plays a pivotal role in mentoring, assisting in providing training to the BCP Strata team, and supporting the administration team and her fellow managers.
As a certified strata community manager, she focuses on a pragmatic and sensible approach to body corporates and their committees navigate legislation to facilitate smooth operations. Her leadership and expertise make her an invaluable asset to BCP Strata and the communities she serves.
Vicki is BCP Strata’s accounts manager and the longest-serving employee at BCP, having embarked on her journey with us in 2001. With a robust background in bookkeeping and an impressive tenure in the strata industry, Vicki brings to the table a depth of knowledge that is both rare and invaluable.
Her expertise is further solidified by a Certificate IV in Accounting, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial principles. As a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board, she is experienced in handling business activity statements (BAS) to help our clients maintain compliance and accuracy in all financial matters. Her guidance streamlines our accounting practices and provides reassurance and clarity to the communities we serve. Vicki is a cornerstone of our organisation, embodying professionalism and a wealth of body corporate financial acumen.
Katie joined the BCP Strata team in 2018, honing her expertise by working as an assistant strata manager. During Katie’s time with BCP Strata, she has provided high-level support to body corporates and has built strong relationships with committee members, owners, and contractors.
