Body Corporate Services (BCS) in Victoria, a subsidiary of the PICA Group, is proud to announce the appointments of Lorraine Murray as General Manager, Strata Services, and Aaron Grigg as Senior Branch Manager. As a team, Lorraine and Aaron are dedicated to taking steps to improve the BCS and PICA Group experience for all Victorian customers.
Since their appointments in late 2017 and early 2018 respectively, Aaron and Lorraine have worked quickly to establish internal changes, to provide staff with the necessary structure to deliver optimum customer service and become a local employer of choice.
“We have introduced the role of team leader, employed dedicated relief staff, sourced additional phone support and on-boarded duty strata managers in order to provide customers with consistently excellent customer service,” stated Lorraine.
“Relief staff will be available to cover planned long term absences whilst the duty strata manager role has been structured so they can deal with more immediate emergency issues, in the event that a plan’s dedicated strata manager is unavailable. The aim is to maintain high levels of service.”
To ensure BCS Melbourne and Hawthorn continue to be an employer of choice, the offices are implementing new recycling programs and establishing social committees for regular staff events.
“To further enhance both the customer and employee experience, the Melbourne office is being refurbished. The renovations will deliver new meeting rooms and maximise floor space,” said Aaron.
“Aaron and I are welcoming feedback from all clients. If there is anything, any stakeholder would like to discuss, we would love to hear from them,” said Lorraine.
