PICA Group expands into the Northern Territory

PICA Group, a leading body corporate services provider based in Sydney, is expanding into the Northern Territory by adding North (NT) Management Pty Ltd to its portfolio of businesses, thereby growing its national presence as the market’s leading property services organisation. This acquisition is effective from 1 November 2021.

North Management, located in Stuart Park, Darwin, is a boutique body corporate management provider that has fast become well-known for its local knowledge and quality of service.

They offer a wide range of services across Darwin, including body corporate management, asset management and caretaking services, and manage residential, commercial and mixed-use developments of all sizes.
