PICA Group extends its geographical reach into Tasmania

PICA Group, a leading strata services provider based in Sydney, is expanding into Tasmania by adding local body corporate provider, Strata Complete, to its portfolio of businesses, effective from 30 September 2020.

Located in Salamanca Place in the heart of Hobart, Strata Complete was established in 1999 and is a boutique body corporate provider which has fast become known for its expertise in strata services.

Strata Complete offers a wide range of body corporate services across southern Tasmania, including managing a range of property types from residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

“We hold similar values as PICA Group, and this acquisition will allow us the opportunity to provide additional services and resources to our customers while maintaining our commitment to excellent customer service,” said Principal Nigel Burridge.

For PICA Group, this provides an opportunity for greater expansion into the island state of Australia. This is expected to strengthen its relationships and presence by expanding its reach.
